Colors of The Sea by Tetyana Aleksenko

This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate level students. We will start with simple sketches to learn how to apply pastels and progress to more complex paintings.

Each student will be provided with a professional pastel paper and a limited palette of hard and soft pastels during class. You are welcome to bring your own supplies that you are comfortable working with. We will work on some projects together, using the instructor’s references, and on individual projects of your choice based on your own interest in a subject matter. I will help you every step on the way. The objective for this class is that each student enjoys creativity and self-expression and develops his or her own style.
