General Meeting & Demo by Emily Startz

Saturday, June 3rd, 10am - noon

The Woodlands Art League Director of Exhibitions, Emily Startz, will be providing a demo about preparing your artwork to hang in a gallery.  

Emily and a group of volunteers help the art league hang artwork for our local exhibitions at the Hyatt House and South County Community Center. Emily owns and operates The Woodlands Art Gallery and Studios. Her gallery provides ongoing wall space for member-only shows.

If you are new to the art league or new to hanging artwork, this is an excellent opportunity to ask questions about the materials and the gallery hanging process.

The vote for new officers will be sent in an email. Please take time to vote! We will be presenting the new board for the 2023-2024 year. 


The mission of The Woodlands Art League is to promote and support the visual arts in The Woodlands and surrounding communities through education, instruction, exhibitions, and community involvement. TWAL is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
